What payment methods do we accept?
If you would like to place an order via our official website, you can choose to pay with crypto currency, including USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Kaspa, Litecoin, etc., or via bank transfer.
If you prefer other payment methods, please contact us to receive our offline wallet address.
Can I cancel the payment after it's completed?

No, you are not required to use a specific wallet or exchange. You can make crypto currency payments through any wallet or exchange that supports the transfer to our wallet.
Can I pay in installments?
For in-stock miners, full payment is required. For pre-orders, certain models support a 50% partial payment to lock the order, with the balance due before shipment.

Can I pay with currencies other than the US$?
Yes, you can. If you're paying via bank transfer, just inform your bank of the amount you want to send in US$, and they will convert it from your home currency based on the current exchange rate. This way, you can pay in your local currency without any concerns.
If there's a delay in payment, how can I prevent the payment from being canceled?
Your order will stand cancelled if you fail to make payment within the stipulated time frame, which is:

- 1 days from the order booking date (payment through bank transfer).

In such cases the goods will be held until the necessary documentation has been provided or customs agents have completed their checks.

The amount of documentation required for customs clearance will vary by country, but the following documents are required in the majority of countries:

Shipping and Warranty
Will manufacturers offer a warranty to all machines?
Manufacturers provide a 6-12 month warranty on all new machines. The specific warranty terms are determined according to the policy of each manufacturer. However, there is no warranty or after-sales service for used or refurbished machines. We will send test videos and photos of the inner packaging of the parcel to you, ensuring that there are no problems with the machine before shipment.
What should I do if my machine fails?
The Stellapex Service Center is staffed with experienced experts who are familiar with all models of ASIC mining machines available on the market. They are ready to provide you with professional assistance and repair your mining equipment whenever necessary. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the equipment to our center for repairs.
How long does it take for the machines in stock to be
shipped out?
Machines in stock will be dispatched within 3-7 business days. If there are special circumstances, we will contact you to discuss the solution.
What do the miner's status-'In stock' and 'Month
Batch' stand for?
In stock: The status explains that we have the particular miner available for immediate shipping from our warehouse.
Month Batch (Eg. October Batch): As you are browsing through our products, you might notice the status "Month Batch" which means that it is open for pre-order and will be shipped in the specified batch to the client.
Will the used machines be tested before shipment?
Although there is no warranty or after-sales service for used machines, we will send test videos and photos of the inner packaging of the parcel to you, ensuring that there is no problem with the machine before shipment.
How long does it take to arrive after shipment?
Generally, it takes 5-10 business days to arrive after shipment. DDP will take about 15 business days. However, if there are any issues during customs clearance, there may be some delays. If the receiver has experience with importing goods or customs clearance, it can help facilitate the process.
